Snopes, Soros and the Supreme Court's Kagan...
We've known that Snopes is owned by a lefty couple. But, a
s it turns out, Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros; a big time supporter of Obama (actually, Obama's puppetmaster).
So, it might be a good time to take a second look at many of the things 'kicked in the ditch' by Snopes.
And in the search for truth...
I went to Snopes to check something out about the dockets of the new Supreme Court Justice, Elena Kagan, who Obama appointed. Snopes said what I was looking for was false, that there were no such dockets, so I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what?
Yep, you got it; Snopes Lied! Everyone of those dockets are there.
So regarding Snopes, in reference to the article about Elena Kagan and Barack Obama dockets: The information you posted stating that there were no such cases and the examples you gave are blatantly false.
I went to the Supreme Courts website, typed in Obama-Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that Snopes 'slants' things, but this was really shocking.
FACT: Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship.
And now, she 'may' help 'rule' on them. (Gee, I wonder, was this the plan?)
Fishy Much?!!? Folks, this is really corrupt! Chicago Politics; and the beat goes on and on and on. Once again, the US Senate sold us out!
Now, we know 'why' Obama nominated Elena Kagan for the Supreme Court. (Remember, he rewards his 'friends.')
Pull up the Supreme Court's website, go to the docket and search for Obama-Kagan. Kagan was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship.
So, he 'owed' her big time. (Again, Obama's motto...reward my friends and punish my enemies). All of the requests were 'denied'. They were never heard.
It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? You'd think Obama has something to hide, wouldn't you?

Interesting, Ann. Snopes.com has been the instigator of so many lies and misleading announcements - causing more harm than good. Thx for helping expose them for frequently promoting blatantly fraudulent information.

We are witnessing an unprecedented propaganda campaign. I have found it interesting that a major news outlet has never run a series on his childhood in Indonesia, Hawaiian school years or his college years. Nor have they interviewed an old girlfriend. And no media outlet has ever explored how he and Michelle lived before his book was published. This is the only story, column, I have found.

While corrution is a mainstay of Washington, it pales in comparison to the iliteracy and laziness of the people that are governed by it. If the people would get off their buts and CHECK THINGS OUT ENTIRELY before running their mouths off or wearing their fingers out on these blog sites, they would realize that over 80% of the stuff they read is pure nonsense, including this. Fear and Hate fuel almost all of this stuff along with the sensationalism offered by the writers to make it even more attractive to the WEAK of mind. Much of that stuff in the Court dockets had Bush's name on it prior to Obama taking office.... then there are those that want to add to the frensy by putting their own twist in the emails to make them even more outlandish.

I'm glad to see you post this. I've suspected that Snopes was posting a lot of misleading information recently. Most notably when they posted that the Story of the First responders being told by the FBI that they were not welcome to attend the 9/11 memorial services this past Sept was false.
I have many friends who are First Responders who had planned to be there only to be told that they would be turned away as the Governor and Mayor felt that there wasn't enough room for everyone and that the day should be more for the families who lost members that day. Several first responders that I know personally were insulted (after all, why shouldn't they be represtented -- these people put their lives in jeopardy to save as many people as possible and many are alive today because of these dedicated public servants) and had planned to march down to the memorial site only to receive written notice from the FBI that if they showed up they would be turned away. Snopes reported this as false. I dunno. I'd rather believe my friends who were affected by this decision than a bunch of politicians who have every reason to lie - and in my not so humble opinion, I'd rather see the first responders (firefighters, police, emts, etc) represented at something memorializing a tragic day in relatively recent history than a bunch of politicians and so called dignitaries who are only showing up for press coverage and to hopefully convince people that they care about more than just getting reelected.

I have proven snopes wrong and manipulating information like this MANY times. The same with wikipedia. Even links they have to articles or other pdfs, I have found they go into the actual document and alter the information to fit their agenda or what they have claimed.

Holder may have had fingers in 'Fast and Furious' for years
One member of Congress has started using the word "accessory" in talking about members of the Obama administration who had their fingers on the pulse of the Operation Gunrunner Fast and Furious stunt under which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ordered gun dealers to sell weapons to unqualified buyers, who then dumped them into the Mexican drug cartel civil war.
And that may include Attorney General Eric Holder.

I could write volumes on the corruption but I'll just offer this very telling tidbit. PBS's Frontline produced a piece called "The Warning". And how Brooksley Born, the courageous person warning about a potential financial meltdown in the 90's got hammered. What is telling is that should you watch this - it's on their site - you will see names like Gaithner and a young crook in training - Holder, mentioned as being part of that crew. Here we are in 2011 with Obama and these turds have floated to the top...

I still don't know who you are referring to but New Hampshire - the "Live Free or Die" state is right next door so even I should be able to figure it out. I live in Massachusetts "The Nanny State". It's true - really, I have it on my vehicle plate. I got stopped for not using a seat belt and the cop pointed out it shouldn't be there but, he let me go anyway - no ticket. I could tell he thought it was funny.

Actually Ann, do I seem like someone who doesn't blast? I even blast the democrats informing them - like they'd listen, of their F'd up ways what issues they need to know. I've sent so many e-mails, letters, etc. to so many they'd fill all the empty space in Nancy Pelosi's head, and that's a frakkin' lot of empty space.

I've been saying not to trust SNOPES for years. When one word or sentence is wrong or against their interest the whole article is false. When the opposite is true they will claim it all true.

Well, the Snopes stuff is all news to me, but NOT all the Obama-driven obstructionism. Kudos to you for uncovering it, Ann. Nothing like someone actually taking the time to go to the source. I actually was checking a case re: a guy who was suing the CIA 20 years ago, and had the clerk at the courthouse tell me there was no such case, until I showed her her own signature on a letter she'd sent to the plaintiff.

Yep. I realized that a long time ago, and argued with several friends and family members that they were. Got in an argument with two of my Aunts about this. I finally said, 'Don't take my word for it, go (here) and (here) and (here) at the same time to verify anything you look for on their page.' Didn't take long before they both were saying what I had been telling them.
